Another year and I am almost at the halfway point of 2012. My mammogram is coming up on Thursday at 4:30 and as usual I never look forward to the testing but I have been much more diligent than in the past which is good. All has been going pretty well and I am slowly getting back to the routine of eating like a normal person. Adding all veggies and fruits back into my diet but still staying away from seeded products. Still have long bouts of cramping and diarrhea if I eat them so mainly carbs still but the weight gain is getting to me and I am determined to get rid of some of it over the nice long summer vacation and away from NJ. I am hoping a new environment in South Carolina will lift my spirits. Work is depressing but I am glad I have it to keep busy. So many teachers being laid off in New Jersey that I do not know nor understand what the current regime is trying to do to our state. It is definitely not making it a better place to educate our children.
Anyway back to the necessary...my gyno has bailed out of Jersey so I am currently in the market for a new one so if anyone has a great one then feel free to leave a message and let me know. Other than that all is well for now and I am keeping this blog short. Still dealing with the neuropathy but I continue to go to acupuncture for relief I highly recommend doing this early on and taking vitamin supplements but check with your own doctors to find out how much you should take as it might vary with your particular treatments.
